It seems like Bollywood’s power couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan attended the party together for the first time and put an end to divorce rumours. Dressed in shades of blue, the couple arrived together at the private function and looked very happy as they posed for selfies and other candid clicks together.
Shared by filmmaker Anu Ranjan, the candid moment of the couple was posted on social media and has since left fans in a frenzy. The producer captioned the photo, “Lots of love and warmth.” In the photo shared by Anu, Aishwarya is seen clicking a selfie while standing in front of her mother Brindya Rai.
Anu was holding Brindya’s hand while Abhishek was standing behind her. All smiles posed for the camera. Aishwarya and Abhishek wore black outfits for the event. Aishwarya wore a suit while Abhishek was seen in a bandhgala and trousers.
Anu captioned the post, “Lots of love and warmth (pink heart emoji).” Reacting to the post, a fan said, “This is awesome, Anu… you have really changed everyone’s mindset.” A comment read, “Shutting down all false rumours.” One person wrote, “Strong women don’t get divorced to escape the problem. Ayesha wore a red saree for the event. The party was also attended by Tusshar Kapoor and Sachin Tendulkar among others. The venue and other details of the party are not yet known.
About Abhishek, Aishwarya divorce rumours
Rumours of a rift between Aishwarya Rai and the Bachchan family started during her wedding to Anant Ambani in July 2024. It started when Aishwarya and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan arrived at the venue separately. The rest of the Bachchan family, including Amitabh Bachchan, his wife Jaya Bachchan, son Abhishek Bachchan, daughter Shweta, grandson Agastya Nanda and granddaughter Navya Naveli, were spotted together.
The rumours gained momentum earlier this month after Abhishek or his family did not wish Aishwarya on her birthday. Aishwarya and Abhishek got married in 2007. They have a daughter Aaradhya Bachchan, who was born on November 16, 2011.
